Overwhelmed & stretched thin

Working long hours, raising a family, caring for elderly parents, and maintaining a never-ending “to do list” can become overwhelming and frankly exhausting. Over time creating boundaries and finding time to care for yourself become second priorities, but that way of living usually catches up with us. We rebuild room to breath and identify what makes sense to focus on to regain a balance.

Health & longevity in midlife

What worked for 30+ years stopped working. The body recalibrates in midlife, and it needs a new plan across exercise, nutrition, and rest. This is where longevity is won or lost with the choices you make now. Research is uncovering amazing connections between quality of life in our older age and what changes we make in our 30’s and beyond. Primary to the work usually focuses on cognitive function, nutritional and hormonal balance, and physical stability.

Managing a chronic or persistent condition

When diagnosed with a condition, or dealing with persistent symptoms, there’s no shortage of information in the world - the challenge is figuring out what applies to you, and how to safely test things to know what to do. Practitioners usually provide targeted guidance on one aspect and leave it to you to “make it so” in your life. My approach is to help gather all the information, explore possibilities that work for you, and create that plan that puts guidance into action. We work with food, movement, stress, and recovery so the condition takes up less of your life and you take back more of it.

Career & professional transitions

Most of us spend a significant amount of time at work, what happens when it’s no longer fulfilling - or worse - the thing we loved doing is all of a sudden stressful or draining. I’ve been there, having been a leader in Tech for over 25 years, I bring my multi-faceted experience to our sessions to help you: Recover from stressful situations, navigate a way through or out, or position yourself for promotion. If you’re at a point where you’re called to pivot from your career, we’ll work through all the nuances across feeling terrified, confused, angst, excitement, impostor syndrome, and leaning into the unknown and “going for it.” I’ve been here as well and I LOVE helping people find their confidence, and their footing across all of it.
