I also enjoy jumping into a company that has an offering and analyzing where we are, deconstructing the existing product, and re-constructing it into a future version (the grittier the technical complexity, the more exciting!)

I’ve had the benefit of working with three companies that experienced digital transformation - each time was invigorating and educational! I’ve seen mid-sized companies shift from waterfall to scrum, enterprise org’s from agile to lean UX and experimentation, and a startup from scrappy “get it all done” to standing up healthy practices and predictability for its product teams and go-to-market. I’m like a moth to a flame when it comes to transformation of any kind.

I thrive in environments where I work with individuals on their personal growth, lead teams in coaching or ideation sessions, and partner with HR to create practices that support the long-term success of the people in our company.

To relate to other humans, make connections, forge strong bonds between functions, and lead with vulnerability and transparency in a way that others consistently tell me is not only helpful but personally life-changing.
