Let's Begin: Chemistry Call (Free)

Our journey starts with a relaxed 30-minute conversation. This is a space for us to connect, share, and see if we're a good fit to work together. There's no pressure—just an opportunity to explore possibilities.

Crafting Our Partnership

Should we choose to move forward, we'll co-create a coaching agreement tailored to your needs. Typically, this involves 60-minute sessions every other week over a span of 3 or 6 months. Our focus will be on 1–3 meaningful goals that resonate with you. Between sessions, I'm available for brief check-ins via email, text, or phone to support your ongoing journey.

Deep Dive: Discovery Session

Our first session is dedicated to understanding you—your experiences, aspirations, challenges, and the values that guide you. This holistic perspective ensures our work aligns with your authentic self and sets the foundation for meaningful progress.

Bi-Weekly Sessions: Navigating Together

Each session is a collaborative exploration. We'll begin by identifying what you'd like to focus on—be it a challenge, decision, or area of growth. Together, we'll delve into insights, strategies, and actions that align with your goals. You'll leave each session with clarity and actionable steps, and we'll reflect on your progress in subsequent meetings.

Celebrating Progress: Wrap-Up

As our engagement concludes, we'll review your journey, celebrate your achievements, and discuss next steps. Whether it's a natural pause or the beginning of a new chapter, our focus remains on supporting your continued growth and well-being.
