A 2-day workshop to create an action plan and daily routine grounded in your needs & goals.

In this 3-hour workshop divided between two Wednesdays, you’ll learn from Nicole about the role of values, using simple lifestyle and wellness tools to reduce stress, and how to build a plan to execute your top 3 personal or professional goals. This is a combination webinar + hands-on workshop where you will walk away with tactical actions that you can begin using the same day to feel healthy and successful.

What we’ll cover…

Day One

Evaluate, Reset, and Build Healthy Routines.

  • Reset your nervous system with simple practices that will help you feel calm right away.

  • Complete an energy & stress audit to get a clear picture of how stress shows up in your life.

  • Build a personalized routine of practices to help you get and stay calm and in control across work, family, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness.

Clarify Values & Goals, Define Boundaries.

  • Uncover your values, where they need to be better reflected in your life.

  • Identify your non-negotiables and boundaries

  • Set your personal goals for work and life: What major things do you want to accomplish?

Day Two

Build a Roadmap & Get To Work.

  • Translate your top 3 goals into action items and organize them into a 90-day plan to make major changes across life and work.

  • Finalize your daily and weekly routines and action steps.

  • Begin taking action on your plan

  • Option to continue working in groups or 1:1 with Nicole after the workshop.

Format

  • We’ll meet for 90 minutes for two consecutive Wednesday’s.

  • Meet over Zoom

  • Up to 20 people in each cohort

  • Optional follow up to work in groups for ongoing support and accountability or 1:1 with Nicole.
