The Summer Reset 4-Week Program
This program is designed to leave you feeling more positive, fit, and energetic, with a greater sense of wellbeing. You’ll feel less stressed and anxious, more resilient to the ebbs and flows of life, and you'll feel physically healthier and ready to tackle major, lasting change.
Nutrition: We'll focus on key nutrients and foods that are proven to support mood and increased energy. You’ll have access to an optional weekly meal plan and grocery list to make it easy for you!
Mindfulness: Stress directly contributes to weight gain - you’ll be introduced to four mindfulness practices, with an optional weekly schedule to try them out.
Movement: We’ll focus on three key movement practices that are extremely effective in balancing and enhancing mood plus quickly reducing blood sugar before it turns into fat. You’ll also have an optional weekly schedule to work off of.
Routine: To support your long-term goals, you'll create a routine that supports your unique needs, with Nicole's guidance. This final week will prepare you to take your health and wellness journey with you in a sustainable way that allows you to use the methods and tools that personally work for you.
We will meet weekly over Zoom where Nicole will present valuable information on the weekly topic, and we'll have a chance to talk as a group about what's working, what challenges we're confronting, create community, and get support.
