Join Certified Nutrition & Wellness Coach, and RYT200 Yoga Instructor Nicole Torgersen for an informative hour exploring how the whole body works together, and leave with one small shift you can make right away.

Discuss nutrition, movement, and mindfulness tips to ease pain.
Free nutrition plans and handouts provided.
We’ll do a simple guided breathing exercise you can use on your own to reduce stress.
