I offer two paths: leadership coaching for those navigating the demands of their career, and wellness coaching for those ready to feel well again. Many people find they need both.

Leadership Coaching

I offer private, personalized coaching designed to help each individual find their leadership style and voice. Together, we identify growth areas and fill in gaps in a way that builds the confidence needed to perform their role, or seek a new one, aligned with their values. This approach ensures that work isn't just a job, but a source of personal fulfillment. The result for the company is a healthier, happier leader who nurtures a productive company culture.

UX Leadership Career Support

Having spent 25 years as a Design Leader, I offer specialized support for senior UX practitioners and Leaders (Manager - VP) seeking to grow, interview, or prepare for senior role transitions.

Group Coaching

Group coaching combines personalized attention with the power of peer learning at roughly half the cost of 1:1 coaching. Participants gain diverse perspectives, shared accountability, and collective problem-solving while building lasting professional relationships. Leaders grow not only from coaching but from each other's challenges and breakthroughs.

  • Safe space for women leaders to navigate workplace dynamics and leadership challenges

A broad entry-point cohort covering the core pillars: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and mindset. Best for those who want to build a healthy baseline and do not yet have a specific condition in focus.

Blood Sugar Reset
An 8-week cohort focused on understanding and stabilizing blood sugar through nutrition, movement, and stress regulation. Ideal for anyone navigating energy crashes, cravings, weight that will not shift, or a prediabetes flag.

Stress, Hormones, and Energy
A cohort for people feeling depleted, wired-but-tired, or burned out. We work on the cortisol and nervous system patterns underneath fatigue and build sustainable rhythms that restore energy.
